We build software around systems that are harder to use than they should be.
Baulin Technologies Limited is a UK software company developing and operating digital products across shared living, civic information and organisational assurance.
Our products tend to begin with the same observation: important systems often become difficult to use because the information, rules and workflows around them are fragmented or unnecessarily complicated.
We build software that makes those systems easier to understand and work with.
Our approach.
Focused products
Each product starts with a specific problem rather than a broad technology proposition.
Designed to be understandable
We reduce complexity rather than expose users to it.
Built to operate
We build products intended to be shipped, maintained and used, not demonstrations or one off prototypes.
The complicated part should be ours.
Good software should take responsibility for the complexity underneath a system.
The person using it should be able to focus on what they are trying to do.
Leadership.
Baulin Technologies was founded by Baffour D. Ampaw, a cybersecurity professional and software builder working across the UK and Ghana.
His background spans cybersecurity, IT operations, internal audit, network infrastructure and product development, bringing together both the technical and operational sides of building software for real organisations and users.
