Baulin Technologies Limited is the controller for personal data collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales (company no. 17092368) and with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration ZC135891). Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to read and reply to your message. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to people who contact us.
We do not use the form for marketing and we do not sell or share your details.
Who processes it
Messages from the form are sent to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. The website is hosted by Vercel.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors, so this site sets no cookies and shows no cookie banner.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for [to confirm: retention period], then delete them, unless the conversation turns into ongoing work, in which case we keep them for as long as that work needs.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@baulin.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
